Jim and I were invited to build a team for the Walk America event, held in Landale on April 27, 2008. Just this weekend, our invitation was bumped up to include the opening warm-up for the entire event. Picture it: the two of us, one with a microphone and one as the ‘lovely assistant’ (we welcome input on who should do which task!), standing in front of a thousand people on top of a tractor trailer.
