Try out www.befunky.com
Our own Tater found this site. You upload your photo, and cartoonize or inkify or stencil it until you’re happy. There are great options to play with here! No registration is required, but if you do you can save your funky photos to an online gallery. Alternatively, you can download to your computer, using Photoshop or other programs. We’d love to see the photos you design.
The best part may be the items you can personalize with your photo. T-shirts, mugs, keychains, all the usual things. And postage! BeFunky.com is an approved licensed vendor for the United States Postal Service, and you can choose from 7 denominations and 3 sizes of stamps.
